The diesel PG-1000 steam generator is intended for work in a complex with concrete plant, carries out the following functions:
- heating of inert sand, crushed stone in RBU bunkers
- heating of concrete plant
- heating of water at concrete plant by production of concrete.
The PG-1000 steam generator, makes steam by means of a steam generator, processing diesel fuel.
It is operated generally in cold time, for warming up of sand, crushed stone, PGS and other inert. Steam moves on warming up doziruyushchiyekh the RBU recreation centers complexes that it allows to warm loose.
Liquid fuel allows to start easily the RBU steam generator in any frost and to come to the rated power of production of steam.
The PG1000 steam generator represents the block box in which the equipment is located: the boiler on a frame, a torch, pumps, system of preparation of water, system of automation.
The PG-1000 steam generator is equipped with a diesel torch Baltur TBL 85 P (Italy). Optionally the steam generator is equipped with a gas torch.
All pump equipment installed on the Calpeda steam generator (Italy). Also in a basic complete set the additional reserve pump Calpeda (Italy) is installed.
For more reliable work with different types of water, in a basic complete set the system of preparation of water with an omagnichivatel is already installed.
For work it is necessary to connect electricity of 380 volts and water supply. In an emergency case several days, discharge of water from a steam generator are not required to a stop of RBU or a planned stop.
The PG-1000 steam generator is already ready to work and does not demand carrying out balancing and commissioning and is completely ready to works.
PG-1000 steam generators are not subject to registration in Rostekhnazor's bodies since the working pressure of the steam generator less than 0,07 MPas.
