The device "MILTA-F-8-01" - the modern model of devices of a series of "MILT" intended for equipment of medical institutions of various profile. Medical influence is based on simultaneous or separate (and also in any combination) impact on the patient of three physical factors: constant magnetic field, pulse laser and constant light-emitting diode radiations of infrared range of lengths of waves.

The device possesses a number of the features distinguishing it from devices of this kind: - Wide range of frequencies of repetition of impulses of laser radiation. The devices "MILTA-F-8-01" were created in close cooperation with medical specialists of the lead medical institutions of Moscow (The Moscow Regional Research Clinical institute, Physiotherapeutic Clinical hospital, Scientific Research Institute of Emergency Medicine of Sklifosovsky, the Main Military Clinical Hospital of Burdenko, the State Scientific Center of Laser Medicine) and according to their recommendations the frequencies of repetition of impulses of laser radiation which are most often applied in practice of laser therapy were selected.

- Uniformity of distribution of density of power of radiation on the irradiated surface. The following radiators are installed in the terminal of the device: pulse laser and four infrared light-emitting diodes. In ordinary devices radiation falls on the irradiated surface in the form of five points. The design of the terminal of the device "MILTA-F-8-01" allows to distribute evenly falling of radiation on all area of the irradiated surface (3,8 cm2). It allows to increase efficiency of the carried-out therapy.

- A possibility of connection of the additional radiating terminal. For impact on big surfaces of a body or extensive sites of defeat (for example, at burns), and also for realization of a technique of counter influence the possibility of connection of the additional terminal (the radiating device block) which completely duplicates basic parameters is provided in the device "MILTA-F-8-01", copes and works synchronously with it. Conveniently the fact that the expert can order the device only with one terminal and, having already worked with it, to define whether it is necessary to it additional.

- Possibility of connection of light-guide nozzles. Light-guide nozzles are made of special plexiglas and intended to deliver the radiation of the laser and light-emitting diodes directly to the inflammation center. Depth of penetration of radiation of the laser makes 6-10 cm and therefore at treatment of the majority of diseases of a nozzle are not required. However in such areas as gynecology, urology, stomatology, otolaryngology application of nozzles improves efficiency of treatment. For reflexologists the special nozzle is developed for carrying out MIL-reflexotherapy and the methodical grant on its carrying out is let out.

- To establish the set power level of radiation of IK-light-emitting diodes.
