The device information "FACT" of USB (4x20) for quality control of seeding at high-speed crops.

Provides information on the monitor: about the termination of the movement of seeds via seeding sensors, about need of additional charge of bunkers of a seeder. 1 sensor by the special order.

At the order for production of UI it is necessary to specify exact brand of a seeder, quantity of rows, and the list of necessary types of sensors.

UI "FACT" of USB (4x20) are produced for the Ukrainian and foreign seeders of exact seeding.

Information on seeding is submitted the liquid crystal indicator having 4 text lines on 20 increased znakomest. also it can be transferred to the personal computer of a spra of the help of the flash store.

Violations and deviations are displayed on a board of ZhKI and duplicated by a sound signal.

Fastening of the monitor is carried out around a windshield in the place, convenient for supervision, by means of arms. The case of the monitor is made of shock-resistant plastic.

Due to the severe conditions of operation (presence korozionno of active fertilizers) metal cases of sensors of seeding are manufactured of stainless steel, and electronic schemes for sealing and mechanical protection are filled in with an epoxy compound.

Cable distributing on a seeder of girlyandny type and all sensors connect to the help of tight sockets.

The set of UI also included a set of plastic corbels - clips for fixing of wires, arms of fastening of separate sensors, screws, washers, the technical specification and the maintenance instruction.

The warranty period of operation of UI makes 2 sowing seasons. The description of the device is attached and the order of installation, control and instructions for use is stated.

• control of the movement of seeds (clogging) of the sowing channel;
• control of achievement of the lower level of seeds and/or tuk in bunkers at which achievement it is necessary to charge up the bunker;
• determination of acreage in hectares;
• definition of operating time of a seeder;
• installation of size of a tolerance in from norm of seeding at achievement of which arises information on seeding violation (the current value was beyond a legal deviation);
• calibration of a way to a t.a elimination of an error of calculation of the way of the driving wheel of a seeder caused by slipping passed by a seeder.
• control of speed of the movement of the sowing unit;
• control of the passable distance in the mode of calibration of slipping of a driving wheel;
