The device automatic for definition of fractional composition of oil and light oil products (State standard specifications 2177-99, ISO 3405-88, ASTM D-86)
Device design monoblock.
The block of tests and the control unit are mounted on one chassis. Cooling of liquid in the refrigerator is made by flowing water, the chipped ice, snow which is filled in with water, the cryostat "Lintel TKS-20".
AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS OF THE DEVICE:
- endurance of time prior to boiling, before receiving 5% of an otgon, distillation speed from 5% before receiving 95% of an otgon, distillation time from 95% of an otgon until the end of boiling;
- support of temperature surrounding the measured cylinder of 13-18 °C at a temperature of cooling liquid in the refrigerator of 0-4 °C;
- fixing of temperature began boilings, temperatures at each percent of an otgon and temperature of the end of boiling;
- information on the course and results of a razgonka is displayed on the 4th the lower case display;
- the device keeps up to 250 schedules of distillation in the memory;
- calculation as a percentage volume of an otgon, loss, rest, evaporation volume.
- introduction of the amendment on barometric pressure;
- automatic transfer of results of tests from the device on a radio channel to the personal computer through a subsystem of the wireless interface "PBI Lintel-Link" in the database of the laboratory research Lintel-Lys system. ATTENTION: "Lintel-Link" and "Lintel-Lys" are got separately.
SPECIFICATIONS
1. Temperature began also the end of boiling of oil product from 18 to 370 °C.
2. Error of measurement of temperature:
• in the range from 0 to 100 °C of ±0,3 °C;
• in the range from 100 to 300 °C of ±0,5 °C;
• in the range from 300 to 370 °C of ±1,0 °C.
