SLS makes the broadest set of standard models of sources of laser radiation. However often the unique laser systems adapted under requirements of a concrete experiment or specific narrowly professional objectives are required for our users for the solution of their specific tasks.

More than in 25 years of work in the international market of photonics, SLS gained extensive experience of creation of such systems.

High speed of design of the customized laser systems of any complexity is provided thanks to several features of SLS:

  • First, it is a wide choice of standard models of lasers and nonlinear converters which can supplement each other, creating various configurations.
  • Secondly, it "House preparations" - ready systems, and also their parts and knots acquired for many years of design.
  • Thirdly, it is the group of highly qualified specialists in the field of physics of lasers, exact mechanics and electronics which is professionally engaged in design of similar systems.

The design of such laser systems as much as possible considers requirements of Customers from the point of view of their spatial configuration, parameters of laser radiation and opportunities of management of all system or its separate blocks.

Relative positioning of parts of laser system:

The laser systems developed by us can provide at the exit, both a set of the fixed lengths of waves, and generation of the reconstructed radiation in the set spectral ranges.

The combination of various laser and nonlinear converters using the most modern active environments and nonlinear crystals allows us to realize laser systems with a possibility of continuous reorganization of working wavelength in the range from 0,2 micron to 20 microns.

Projecting laser system under your requirements, we, as a rule, create it on the basis of the following main modules:

  • Nd:YAG lasers with generators of harmonicas;
  • Al2O3:Ti3 + (Ti:Sapphire) lasers with generators of harmonicas;
  • PGS converters with generators of harmonicas on crystals of BBO, KTP, KTA, AgGaSe2, ZGP;
  • Generators of total frequency on crystals of BBO, KTP, KTA;
  • Generators of differential frequency on CdSe crystal.

Depending on requirements imposed to laser system as its separate parts (modules) both the models which are standardly made by us and specially developed can be used.

Control of reorganization of wavelength is exercised either of micrometric screws manually or actuators from the computer.

For operating control of working wavelength (including and in the range of lengths of waves of 3-20 microns) the laser system can be completed with the original compact laser measuring instrument of length.

3RD WAVE LASER SYSTEM

Z-x wave laser system

The laser system provides generation of impulses of radiation on three lengths of waves of 1064 nanometers, 532 nanometers and 355 nanometers (or 266 nanometers) with smooth adjustment of energy of impulses of radiation from 0 to 100 mdzh.

The laser system is intended for remote sensing and a location of various objects.

Features of laser system:

  • the polarizing attenuator of radiation allows to change the power of output laser radiation at the same time on three lengths of waves;
  • the mirror separators located on precision mobile platforms provide allocation of one of 3 lengths of waves with spectral contrast 100:1 or work on 3 lengths of waves at the same time;
  • the directional pattern of an output beam when changing wavelength remains within 0,2 mrad;
  • automatic recognition of working wavelength of output radiation;
  • protection against unauthorized intervention in a configuration;
  • the feed and control system are integrated by laser system into the uniform compact rack operated from the remote control by the laser or from RS.

3-D 4TH WAVE LASER SYSTEM

3-D 4th wave laser system

The laser system provides generation of impulses of laser radiation on one of four lengths of waves of 1064 nanometers, either 532 nanometers, or 355 nanometers, or 213 nanometers and is intended for generation of laser plasma in solid bodies, liquids or gases and for optical measurements.

Features of laser system:

  • compact placement of modules of laser system at several levels;
  • the laser beam of radiation is removed at an angle to the horizontal plane. The corner is set by the Customer;
  • simple and bystry change of working wavelength without razjyustirovka of the optical scheme;
  • automatic recognition of working wavelength of output radiation;
  • protection against unauthorized intervention in a configuration;
  • the feed and control system are integrated by laser system into the uniform compact rack operated from the remote control by the laser or from RS.

UF LASER SYSTEM

UF Laser System

The laser system provides generation of laser radiation at the same time on four lengths of waves of 1064 nanometers, 290 nanometers, 266 nanometers and 250 nanometers which extend in one direction, and is intended for identification of objects on spectral characteristics of the reflected signal.

Features of laser system:

  • for a rating Nd:YAG the laser with energy of impulses on the wavelength of 1064 nanometers to 1,2 J is used;
  • energy of impulses on lengths of waves of 250 nanometers, 266 nanometers and 290 nanometers reaches more than 20 mdzh;
  • control of system for generation of other lengths of waves UF of area of a range is possible.

LASER SYSTEM FOR THE RESEARCH OF PARAMETRICAL STRENGTHENING

Laser system for a research of parametrical strengthening

The laser system on the basis of the noncollinear two-cascade parametrical amplifier on crystals of BBO is applied as the initial cascade to strengthening of laser impulses of spectral range 1030 … 1055 nanometers. The strengthened impulses are generated by lasers on the Wednesdays activated by ytterbium ions with diode pumping.

Features of laser system:

  • powerful Nd:YAG the rating laser with energy of impulses on the wavelength of 532 nanometers to 800 mdzh;
  • the injection SLM laser for realization of single-frequency generation;
  • spatial filters in channels of parametrical amplifiers.

THE NARROW-BAND LASER SYSTEM RECONSTRUCTED ON WAVELENGTH

The narrow-band laser system reconstructed on wavelength

The laser system provides generation of nanosecond impulses of radiation with a width of line no more than 5 pm reconstructed in one of 4 spectral ranges:

  • in the area 690 … 980 nanometers with output energy to 120 mdzh;
  • in the area 350 … 480 nanometers with output energy to 50 mdzh;
  • in the area 235 … 300 nanometers with output energy to 20 mdzh;
  • in the area 210 … 236 nanometers with output energy to 10 mdzh.

The laser system can be used in systems of a location for sounding of the atmosphere and for spectroscopy.

Features of laser system:

  • thanks to installation in the resonator of the reconstructed laser of the interferometer of Fabri-Perot the spectral width of the line of generation less than 5 pm is provided;
  • the possibility of a conclusion of radiation of a rating with the wavelength of 532 nanometers and energy is provided in an impulse to 500 mdzh;
  • the power supply unit and the cooling system of the laser are integrated into the uniform compact rack operated from the remote control or from RS.

LASER SYSTEM FOR GENERATION OF RADIATION IN IK OF AREA

Laser system for generation of radiation in area IK

The laser system provides the reconstructed generation of nanosecond impulses of radiation in the following spectral ranges:

  • in the area 3 … 4 microns;
  • in the area 8 … 12 microns.

The laser system is used as a part of the equipment for definition of availability of the dangerous explosive, poisoning and narcotic substances in controlled space. The laser system can be used for remote control of level of content of harmful impurity in the atmosphere of megalopolises – methyl and butane compounds, vapors of compounds of mercury, lead, phenol, etc.

Features of laser system:

  • control of reorganization of wavelength of generation is exercised from RS;
  • there is a built-in control system of wavelength of output radiation;
  • for minimization of losses because of absorption of radiation vapors of water pumping of an internal cavity of laser system nitrogen is possible;
  • for protection of the laser of a rating against the return patches of light the thermostabilized Faraday's cell is used.
