Shamotny ogneupor (fireclay refractories) - the alyumosilikatny ogneupor containing 28-45% of A12O3 and 50-70% of SiO2. Are applied to lining of blast furnaces, stalerazlivochny ladles, heating and calcination furnaces, boiler fire chambers, etc., also to production of siphon products for steel pouring. Not formed are applied in the form of mertel, the stuffed mass, powders, fillers of concrete, etc. during the performing and repair of fire-resistant linings of different thermal units. Production of shamotny ogneupor includes roasting of clay from 1300 °C to 1500 °C in the rotating or mine furnaces, crushing of the received chamotte, mixing with binding clay and water, formation, drying and roasting from 1300 °C to 1400 °C.Contact the seller
