Description
Cars for removal of a feather of the US-2-32 type, and also US-2-40 serve elimination of plumage of birds of the small sizes of carcasses: broilers, chickens, ducks.
Design and operation / use
The US-3-60 type can be applied so to a small turkey (~ 7 kg), as well as geese with the purpose to remove some parties of a feather or to remove the remained feathers by means of wax, of course after cooling. Above the listed types of cars are applied to removal of a feather in technological lines with a big productivity (4000-5000 pieces/h) while in one line several cars are installed and each of them is established at different heights as adjustment of the beams deleting feathers but only adjustment of all case of the heads eliminating feathers in relation to the moving ahead carcasses is impossible.
