APPOINTMENT, PRINCIPLE OF ACTION AND SCOPE
The car (AD-50RKZ-of "big-bag") is intended for dosing and packaging in the soft containers "big-bag" of grain, grain, seeds, granulated sugar, the granulated mineral fertilizers and other products, similar on physicomechanical properties, with the bulk weight 0,45-1,1Ô/m ³.
The car (AD-50RKZ-of "big-bag") and is used at the grain processing enterprises, sugar plants, plants on production of mineral fertilizers and the enterprises of agro-industrial complex.
In the car (AD-50RKZ-of "big-bag") the principle of measurement of force of weight by means of tensometric sensors of force which signal via the device converting (the electronic weight measuring device) is transmitted to the board of digital indication of the current value of weight and to the controling mechanism by installation is used.
The filled bag is fixed on the transport device of the user and connects to installation then the doser turns on. The control unit includes giving of the product in the cargo intake, measures the current value of mass of the dose and at achievement set giving of the product stops.
Control of car (AD-50RKZ-of "big-bag") local, electric air. The task of size of the dose is made by programming of the electronic weight measuring device with use of its keyboard. The quantity of plumbs and the passed weight is considered by the accruing result in memory of the device. The current weight of the dose and the error of dosing are defined on the board of the device converting.
The car (AD-50RKZ-of "big-bag") can be connected to the computer of industrial control system.
The electric equipment, devices and the device installed by car provide the possibility of operation of installation in rooms of the class B - ІІ and on PUE.
