The cables combined for systems of video surveillance, intended for transfer of television signals in systems of video surveillance with simultaneous power connection and microphone devices with a rated voltage to 48 V of a direct current.
Type of a climatic modification of UHL1 for cables with a polyethylene (PE) cover and UHL3 for cables with a polyvinylchloride (PVC) cover in accordance with GOST 15150.
Brands of cables and their name have to correspond to the table:

Cables with PVC a cover are recommended to be applied to laying in rooms, with PE a cover - to external laying.
Cables have to be resistant to a bend and maintain not less than 10 bends on a corner of ±90 °C with a radius equal to ten maximum external sizes of a cable on its small party.
Cables have to be resistant to influence of the increased ambient temperature to plus 60 °C.
Cables have to be steady against influence of the lowered ambient temperature minus 40 °C.
Cables have to be resistant to impact of changes of ambient temperature in the range from minus 40 °C to plus 60 °C.
Cables have to be resistant to long influence of relative humidity of air to 98% at ambient temperature to plus 35 °C.
Construction length of cables has to be not less than 50 m.
Delivery of a cable not less than 20 m long in number of no more than 10% of total length of the delivered party is allowed.
In coordination with the consumer delivery of a cable is allowed by any lengths.
Average service life of cables with a cover from PVC of plastic compound has to be not less than 12 years, from PE - 15 years. Service life is estimated from the moment of production of a cable.
