The Breadfruit tree detergent for removal of a deposit from baking forms

Cleaning of baking forms is carried out in well ventilated rooms, in tanks from the stainless steel or other materials steady against action of high temperatures and the strong inorganic bases. The concentrate of the Breadfruit tree detergent is diluted with cold water in a proportion 1: 4 (concentration of working solution – 20% ). For preparation of 1 ^m3 of working solution contents of one barrel are placed in a tank for washing and brought cold tap water to the necessary volume (1 ^m3). Place the polluted forms in the received solution and heat. Temperature of working solution of + 50 - 70 °C. Time of washing of a baking form of average degree of impurity – 48 hours. After cleaning process baking forms need to be washed out carefully water. Means is biodegradable. Does not contain salts of heavy metals. At interaction of a concentrate and working solution with the air environment and sewage toxic, explosive and insoluble connections are not formed.
