The block 3 in 1 (to watch video -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlX90P9AWrU) was developed for the purpose of reduction in cost of civil and industrial engineering of buildings, reduction of number of the working people and reduction of terms of construction of facilities.
At the moment the sq.m of a wall is about 20% cheaper than any system with the same external and physical characteristics. Speed of installation increased several times and does not demand a large number of the competent builders.
The product consists of three layers (the first - external facing, the strengthened layer, the second – a heat-insulation layer, the third – the internal, strengthened layer). The block is manufactured for one process and each layer gets into next. After hardening binding the product becomes a whole, layers cannot be divided. It is possible to change durability, the sizes, appearance under a concrete task.
In Blok as the heat-insulation layer was used expanded clay, an expanded polystyrene crumb, a siopor, a gas concrete crumb. Both cement, and domain slags can be binding (ground).
The BLOCK 3 in 1 united in itself durability, heat-insulating properties, facing and satisfies with everything to today's norms, for the protecting structures of buildings.
