The principle of operation of the batcher consists in a controlled set of the set dose in a cargo intake.
At first a dispensing cycle the screw of a feeder of the batcher begins work and the product moves in a cargo reception bucket. At achievement of the set mass of a dose giving of a product stops.
At the command of unloading the bottom of a ladle opens and there is an unloading of the created dose. With higher bulk mass of a product the range of the formed doses can be expanded to 6 kg.
The adaptive algorithm of dispensing allows to maintain constancy of mass of a dose under the changing working conditions (supply voltage, temperature, flowability and density of the dosed product, etc.)
Installation of the required dose, productivities and change of other parameters of dispensing is carried out from the control panel on which the current values of parameters of work are displayed (mass of a dose, total mass of doses).
Along with dispensing automatic account of quantity of doses and total mass of an otdozirovanny product is kept.
The batcher can independently be used or as a part of various technological lines of food and chemical productions
