OT4 and OT4-1 titanium alloys in addition to titanium contain aluminum and manganese. They possess high technology plasticity (are well deformed in a hot and cold state) and well cook all types of welding. Titanium of these brands goes generally for production of titanic sheets, a titanic plate, tapes and strips, and also titanic bars (a circle titanic), forgings, profiles and titanic pipes are produced. From OT4 and OT4-1 titanium alloys produce using welding, stampings and the parts working up to the temperature of 350 °C are flexible. These alloys have shortcomings: 1) rather low durability and thermal stability; 2) big tendency to hydrogen embrittlement. In PT3V alloy manganese is replaced with vanadium.
