The automatic transfer line for production of beskarkasny arch overlappings

The unique manufacturing techniques and installation of beskarkasny arch buildings from steel holodnognuty profiles are well - known. It is constantly improved and widely used in Ukraine and around the world. A large number of buildings (the covered markets, stations, sports and improving complexes, garages and warehouses) were constructed with use of this technology. On a consumption of steel and terms of construction such buildings are much more economic, than their domestic and foreign analogs from steel structures of frame type. The Holodnognuty profiles which are carrying out bearing and protecting functions in beskarkasny buildings are produced from rolled galvanized steel 0,8 - 1,2 mm thick directly on a building site by means of two mobile profilegibochny cars.

One of cars forms a rectilinear profile of p - shaped section 300 mm high and the shelf 110 mm wide, another rolls it on the set radius (m R≥3). Length of a ready profile is almost not limited and for an arch covering, as a rule, corresponds to length of an arch of its cross section therefore arch profiles completely block flight of the building without cross joints. Profiles connect among themselves along longitudinal edges without fastening hardware by means of the faltsegibochny machine. Walls and partitions in the building with a covering of this design are carried out from rectilinear holodnognuty profiles which are made and connect among themselves to use by the technology described above.
