The detachable lentopilny Pilana PMS 220/200 ANE machine for cutting of continuous and hollow metal preparations in the automatic mode. The machine is equipped with a saw frame with a hydraulic cylinder that allows to choose speed lowering and giving of a tape cloth concerning preparation. The machine is equipped with an inclined saw frame of pendular type.
The detachable machine has a possibility of programming and a problem of the modes of cutting of preparation concerning diameter of section and length of preparation that considerably accelerates work. Productivity several times in comparison with semi - automatic or manual detachable machines allows to increase machines of automatic type.
In the lentochnopilny Pilana PMS 220/200 ANE machine bimetallic tape saws with a size of cloth of 3000 x 27 x 0, 9 mm are used, at the same time the power of the drive of a saw frame makes 1, 5 kW, and cut speed to 100 m/min.
