Payment service provider

Proximity cards are replenished far off through the billing program, according to the chosen mode of the accounting of water. The accounting of water will be organized by two options at your choice:
1. The fixed monthly fee, with the pre-paid sum which is charged at the beginning of each settlement month;
2. The actual sale of water, upon termination of the settlement period, a bill for actually consumed water is made out the subscriber.
