Description
It is applied to implementation of the automated ultrasonic (OUSE) quality control of gluing of a rubber heat-shielding covering to the metal case, and also to control of stratifications in a rubber covering.
In the modified option the system is supplemented with the channel of the vikhretokovy automated covering tolshchinometriya.
UKK has three operating modes:
- "adjustment" at which conditions of scanning, control and grading are set;
- "control", in the beginning which adaptation of the automated channel of defectoscopy to acoustic parameters of a product is made;
- "repeated control" at which the chosen product zone is controlled.
