Description

The automated system of moistening of grain in a stream is intended for use at flour-grinding plant for moistening of grain in shnekovy moistening devices.

The system of moistening is constructed on the most exact, today, the equipment and due to the maximum approach to maximum permissible standard humidity of flour and bran fast payback of automation of moistening of grain is provided. At the expense of uniform office of covers of grain the flour whiteness increases.

The principle of action of the local automated system of moistening of grain in a stream is based on calculation of an additive of a necessary amount of water on measured humidity on an entrance and mass of grain for a unit of time.

The amount of water given on moistening pays off the operating microprocessor controller depending on the initial humidity of grain measured in a stream, a consumption of grain, automatically controllable at its giving on moistening and the final humidity set by service personnel.

Advantages of system:

- humidity of grain is measured to continuously high-precision two-parametrical microwave ovens by a hydrometer of type through passage (without branch from the main technological stream);

- humidity measurement accuracy extremely high, does not depend on density, a grade, quality, temperature of grain and other revolting factors;

- graduation on humidity for each grinding party, or introduction of correction coefficients on properties of grain are not required;

- there is a special operating mode of the measuring instrument of humidity of grain at which hardware components of an error of measurements are periodically compensated.

- the grain consumption is constantly controlled and displayed;

- dispensing of water is carried out electrically by the operated adjusting valve. At the expense of a constant control of a consumption of water, dispensing does not depend on possible pressure differences in a water supply system;

- at interruption of a stream of grain by means of the gate-type valve water supply in system of moistening instantly stops.
