Description
The strut bulk developing is intended for the top filling liquid in tanker trucks with ensuring filling a product under a layer. The bulk strut is executed in the form of developing pivotally - jointed pipelines. Application of hinged connection of the pipeline, allows to form a continuous electric chain throughout the hinged pipeline.

The design of a bulk tip is carried out with application of a telescopic pipe which in the put situation reduces dimensions, provides convenience of service on a manipulation with a strut when moving to garage or working situation, and also transition from one compartment to another.

Strut of the top filling oil products in tanker trucks without function of the account, without automation of ASN - 4B Du100 (0 - 0 (1)) U2 with a possibility of the manual termination of filling, complete with the manual valve splitter, complete with basic racks for fastening to a metal construction (1 - existence of the manual valve of the splitter).

Environmental friendliness:
Tightness of joining of ASN with a tanker truck is provided with use of covers of compartments of a tanker truck with the unified sizes of a jellied mouth and the condensing cover of a bulk tip. The bulk tip with a jellied mouth of a cover of a tanker truck is docked by turn of two levers and provides absolute tightness in comparison with conical consolidation at which about 50% of the forced - out steam - air mix are released into the atmosphere. Bulk struts are equipped by figurative kaplesbornik. Withdrawal of PVS from a filling zone when filling a tanker truck through a special sleeve "on a candle" or to installation to installation of recovery of vapors is provided. Sleeves of removal of vapors are equipped with the fire prevention device and the backpressure valve.
