• it is intended for carrying out tests by determination of humidity of grain and products of its processing, seeds of bean and oil - bearing crops, forages and raw materials for their production, and also food raw materials, semi - finished products and finished goods in the baking, confectionery and dairy industries.

• realizes the thermogravimetric (air and thermal) method of definition of a mass fraction of moisture based on measurement of mass of a sample of the analyzed substance before its drying with the subsequent calculation of values of a mass fraction of moisture.

• differs in existence of two independent drying chambers, two blocks of installation and regulation of temperatures of drying with indication of the flowing and set temperature that provides a possibility of establishment of various temperatures in each chamber and simultaneous carrying out determination of humidity of tests in two chambers at various temperatures. Each chamber consists of 6 independent cells in which it is possible to place 2 byuksa and has 2 doors on the face for convenient access to them. Total capacity of the air and thermal ASESh - 12 installation – 24 byuksa that allows to carry out determination of humidity of 12 tests at the same time.
