The case of a dehumidifier is manufactured of stainless steel. From above a dehumidifier the removable panel providing access for carrying out maintenance is installed. Connection of air ducts to be made through round air ducts of the standard sizes. The electric panel to be in separate section in the top part of a dehumidifier, the control panel is taken out on frontal part of a dehumidifier.
As additional options delivery of a dehumidifier with internal thermal insulation of a chamber re activation of a dehumidifier at installation of a dehumidifier in a cold warehouse, or chambers of the drained air is possible at installation out of a cold warehouse on food production. Use of thermal insulation allows to apply a dehumidifier to work in cold warehouses without risk of condensation of moisture in a dehumidifier.
The heater for reactivation air
The heater for reactivation air like PTC (Positive Temperature Control) which cannot be overheated and allows to make smooth adjustment within 50 - 100% of productivity of drainage. It is reached by change of volume of air re activation.
Principle of work
The dehumidifier works with two air streams. The drained air – bigger on volume and an air stream, smaller on volume, is used for removal of moisture from a dehumidifier rotor.
The rotor is affected by various, opposite directed air streams on sectors. The stream of air which it is necessary to drain (Process air) passes through the biggest sector. The moisture which is airborne is taken adsorbed) by rotor material, and air comes out a rotor dry (Dry air) and goes to a certain part of the room or technological process where the drained air or maintenance of the required humidity size is required. As the rotor rotates slowly, the arriving air always meets active part of a rotor and, thus, continuous process of drainage is provided.
The stream of air which is used to reactivate a rotor matrix is called reaktivatsionny (React. Air) and at first heats up to 100 C. Taking place through small sector of a rotor in the direction opposite to the direction of the drained air, reaktivatsionny air deletes the moisture taken by rotor material and comes out a rotor in the form of warm damp air (Wet air), and then is removed from the building.
