The case of a dehumidifier is two-layer with thermal insulation of 50 mm between layers, and panels are made of the corrosion-resistant material Aluzink, thermal insulation of the block of damp air. Connection of air ducts to be made through round air ducts of the standard sizes. The electric panel to be in the separate block in frontal part of a dehumidifier, the control panel is taken out on frontal part of a dehumidifier. Use of thermal insulation for the case of a dehumidifier allows to apply it to work in cold warehouses, so-so and low-temperature chambers and on ice arenas without risk of condensation of moisture in a dehumidifier, reduces noise from work of a dehumidifier and protects its components.
The heater for reactivation air
The heater for reactivation air performed by DehuTech 10000 HW – a heater on hot water. Reactivation air temperature after the heater should not exceed +55ºC - +60ºC, at excess of these temperatures, failure of the engine of the fan is possible. When using the water heater it is necessary to develop system of automatic equipment which will support necessary parameters of the giving and return heat carrier and also it is necessary to provide protection against freezing of the water heater. Delivery of the heater using electricity, steam or gas is possible.
Principle of work
The dehumidifier works with two air streams. The drained air – bigger on volume and an air stream, smaller on volume, is used for removal of moisture from a dehumidifier rotor. The rotor is affected by various, opposite directed air streams on sectors. The stream of air which it is necessary to drain (Process air) passes through the biggest sector. The moisture which is airborne is taken adsorbed) by rotor material, and air comes out a rotor dry (Dry air) and goes to the required part of the room or technological process where the drained air or maintenance of the required humidity size is required. As the rotor rotates slowly, the arriving air always meets active part of a rotor and, thus, continuous process of drainage is provided. The stream of air which is used to reactivate a rotor matrix is called reaktivatsionny (React. Air).
Reactivation air, absorbs moisture from a rotor. This air heats up the water heater to temperature +55ºC - +60ºC. When air of reactivation passes through a rotor in a direction opposite to the direction of the movement of the drained air, there is a decrease in maintenance of humidity in special material of a rotor. Reaktivatsionny air comes out a rotor in the form of warm, damp air (Wet air) which then is removed from the building.
