Tape for tailoring of BIG BAG

Tie

It is made of the polypropylene thread of different color 10 mm wide and explosive loading of 0,20 t.
It is used for the BIG-BAG apron tie.

Sling

As raw materials for the sling the high-quality polypropylene thread is used. Products are issued different color, 45 mm and 35 mm wide. They have explosive loadings of 1,70 and 1,10 t respectively.
Are applied at production of handles to BIG-BAG.

Tape belt (haberdashery)

Belt (sumochny)

The raw materials for the sumochny tape are the polypropylene thread which receives different colors. Its width makes 8 — 75 mm with explosive loadings of 0,31 — 2,70 t.
It is applied when tailoring life jackets, bags, respirators, ties to helmets, to the covering of carpets, etc.

Belt (ryukzachny)

The raw materials for the ryukzachny tape are the polypropylene thread which is made in different flowers. Its width makes 8 — 50 mm. It has such explosive loadings: 0,40 — 1,50 t.
It is applied when tailoring life jackets, bags, backpacks, etc.

Belt (wavy)

It is created from the polypropylene thread painted in different colors. Its width makes 20 — 50 mm. The thread is characterized by such explosive loadings: 0,50 — 1,00 t.
It is applied when tailoring bags, etc.

The tape is towing

Towing (flood)

Material of the flood textile tape — the polypropylene thread which is let out in different flowers. Its width fluctuates within 10 — 40 mm. Explosive loadings make 0,40 — 1,50 t.
It is applied when tailoring life jackets, backpacks, leads, etc.

Towing (stropny)

Material of the stropny tape — the polypropylene thread which is issued in different shades. Its width makes 45 — 50 mm at explosive loadings of 1,50 — 2,00 t. Material of the stropny tape — the polypropylene thread which is issued in different shades. Its width makes 45 — 50 mm at explosive loadings of 1,50 — 2,00 t.

It is applied when tailoring safety systems, slings of textile, towing cables, coupling belts, etc. Cables towing are made by the individual order according to the expected operational load. They differ by the catch method:

• - with loops on the ends;
• - with hooks on the ends.

This textile tape is applied to towage of different cars. It is ordered according to the operational load. The tape is chosen so that its operational load by 1,5 times exceeded car weight. Ratios of the operational load and length can be the following:

• - for the tape with loops:

length — 6 m, the operational load — 2,7 t;
length — 6 m, the operational load — 5,4 t;

• - for the tape with hooks:

length — 5,5 m, the operational load — 6 t;
length — 1,5 m, the operational load — 2,7 t.
