Tape power-saw bench LP-75m.
The forester of LP 75 of m is an industrial tape power-saw bench with the angle of calling of a saw a log under 12 degrees to its axis. The machine is intended for sawing up of logs with the maximum diameter of 860 mm on a cut and not cut board, laths, a bar and so on. Raspilovkaproiskhodit in the horizontal plane by movement of a portal of the machine of rather not movably fixed log.
The machine is equipped with the electric drive of rise / lowering of the saw carriage for installation of necessary thickness of a board. Rather big saw pulleys of 520 mm, increase a resource of saw tapes.
Tape saws are applied the most widespread, 34 mm wide - the wood-mizer profile, it is rather easy to buy them in all territory of the Russian Federation. Installation of a power-saw bench requires the rigid firm basis (asphalt, concrete 10*1,5m). All installation is reduced to installation of a railway line by anchor bolts to the basis.
The power-saw bench is shipped in completely adjusted and a state ready for operation. The machine is intended for connection to a 3 phase network of 380 volts. Ordinary tentovanny cargo "Gazelle" is suitable for transportation of a power-saw bench.
