The volume of the produced tanks: 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 1000, 2000, 3000, cubic meter.
Tanks are equipped with platforms and protections on a roof; an external ring ladder for rise on the tank; hatch manhole and light hatch; branch pipes (priyomo-distributing, for cleaning, for the equipment on a roof, for the type level gage UDA); an arm for installation of the level gage. In addition can be completed with the internal section warming-up device for heating of viscous oil products saturated water vapor, a metalwork of ladders and platforms of service, the hatch under the level gage, respiratory valves, level sensors, latches and other hinged equipment.
On the tank with a capacity of 400 CBM besides there is a branch pipe for installation of the thermometer.
Walls and the bottoms of tanks are delivered to installation rolled on a special framework, a covering (roof) - combined boards.
For various climatic zones of installation and operation tanks are manufactured 3 material executions:
Execution 1 - for areas with a settlement temperature of external air of the coldest five-day week to - 20gr. With;
Execution 2 - respectively to - 40gr. With;
Execution 3 - respectively to - 60gr. With;
RVS happen the following types:
- With a stationary spherical or conic roof, up to 50000 m3.
- With a stationary roof and a floating pontoon, up to 50000 m3.
- With a floating roof with a capacity up to 120000 m3.
Production of steel vertical tanks - the cheapest and quickly built type of storages. Apply to their production:
- rulonirovaniye method,
- method of half-devout assembly,
- the combined method.
Tanks are manufactured according to the requirement of standard projects TP 704-1-151, TP 704-1-153, TP 704-1-248c92, TP 704-1-254c92. Structurally represent the case of a cylindrical form with flat or most often, the conic bottom, with a bias to a tank wall.
Recently in connection with increase in capacity of the main oil pipelines, the need for increase in volumes of tanks appeared. Need of increase in capacity of tanks is dictated also by both economic reasons, and production requirements.
