Tank for melting of chocolate and chocolate glaze

Tanks for melting of a series Z are intended for melting and maintenance in
the melted condition not of large volume of a product and the subsequent
overloads or transfers in glazirovochny or temperiruyushchy cars.
The warming up of chocolate is carried out in the tank (volume of 60 - 80 kg) warmed in
to water bath. The special liquid circulating in closed is used
contour.
The tank is equipped with a mixer for continuous hashing of a product.
The tank can be equipped with the bladed case pump of brand of AISI 304 steel
(Z60ET model) for recirculation of chocolate and giving on glazirovochny
cars.
