T-112b - shut-off valve with a flywheel

Shut - off valves are designed to shut off the flow of medium (steam or water) in the pipeline. Overlapping is achieved by seating the poppet on the body seat. The plate, fixed on the spindle, makes a translational movement from top to bottom, due to the transformation of the rotary movement of the spindle nut into the translational movement of the spindle. The rotational movement of the spindle nut is communicated by a flywheel or gearbox. A hinge clutch is used to connect the gearbox to the actuator. The valve is connected by welding the body nozzles into the pipeline. On the body flange through a paronite gasket, a cover is installed on the studs, creating a sealed volume. The valves are installed with the direction of the medium flow to the tray.
