Systems of a staivaniye of ice
Anti-freezing systems, having appeared in an arsenal of designers and builders of buildings and constructions rather recently, quickly won recognition. Use of such systems allows to exclude a little noticeable formation of frost in drainpipes, trenches, on the edge of a roof on steps and the sidewalk and in other places of its most probable emergence. Emergence of frost is dangerous for several reasons: - having dug out enough massive icicles creates real danger to life of people and can become the reason of very significant material damage (damage of motor transport, underlying architectural elements), and also can lead to a trauma or accident because of ice - the raised mechanical load of roof elements because of accumulation of ice leads to reduction of its service life; - the water delay on a roof surface during the autumn and spring period and at thaw because of closeness of drains and trenches leads to leakages and significant material damage;
- inhabited floors directly under a roof, parts of a facade of the building near drains and end are most often damaged; - need of mechanical cleaning of a roof because of which roof service life sharply decreases. Introduction of anti-freezing systems on the basis of heating cables on condition of the correct design considering features of a design of a roof allows: - to exclude formation of frost and icicles at rather low capital expenditure and insignificant energy consumption; - to provide operability of system of an organized drain during the winter and off-season; to exclude leakages, injury of facades and drainpipes. Long-term experience in design and installation of the anti-freezing Devi systems allows them to fight effectively against formation of frost in Poltava and beyond its limits.
