System of diagnosing of knots and MVPS KOMPAKS-Agregat units

^{The KOMPAKS®-Agregat system} is intended for operational assessment of technical condition and quality of maintenance of TR-2 and TR-3 wheel reduktornykh blocks, wheel couples, current collectors, traction electric motors, compressors and converters (tension dividers) with quality control of their isolation.

Subjects to diagnosing are the following knots and units of electrosection of electric trains installed on test benches:

• wheel reduktornye blocks;
• wheel couples;
• current collectors;
• compressors;
• converters (tension dividers);
• traction electric motors.

Subsystem of diagnostics wheel reduktornykh blocks

Carries out operational assessment of quality of repair kolesno of reduktorny blocks, allows to reveal the latent defects of bearings, gear wheels of reducers, quality and a lack of lubricant, defects of balancing, centering and fastening of knots, predicts technical condition wheel reduktornogo the block for the closest period of operation before the following repair.

Subsystem of diagnostics of wheel couples

Carries out operational assessment of quality of repair of wheel couples, allows to reveal the latent defects of bearings, quality and a lack of lubricant, defects of balancing, centering and fastening of knots, predicts technical condition of wheel couples for the closest period of operation before the following repair.

Subsystem of diagnostics of converters (tension dividers)

Carries out operational assessment of quality of repair of the electric motor and generator of the converter (tension divider), allows to reveal the latent defects of bearings, quality and a lack of lubricant, defines transformation coefficient.

Subsystem of diagnostics of traction electric motors

Exercises control of technical condition of traction electric motors, allows to reveal the latent defects of bearings, quality and a lack of lubricant, defects of balancing, centering.

Subsystem of diagnostics of compressors

Exercises control of technical condition of the engine and piston compressor, allows to reveal the latent defects of bearings, quality and a lack of lubricant, diagnoses piston system of the compressor.

Subsystem of diagnostics of a condition of isolation

Exercises control of technical condition of isolation of traction electric motors, compressors and converters by measurement of resistance and capacity of isolation, currents of leak, coefficient of absorption, polarization coefficient.

Subsystem of diagnostics of power and temporary characteristics of a current collector

Exercises control of technical condition of a current collector by measurement of its power and temporary characteristics in the working range of heights at rise and lowering.
