System of automation (Industrial control system) of enrichment by flotation

The system is intended for automated management of process of enrichment of coal slimes of method of flotation.

The system consists of the control panel, control units of density and an expense of an initial pulp and waste of flotation, the analyzer of an ash-content of waste of flotation, a blokadozirovaniye of reagents, the mixer distributor of reagents, etc.

The system contains the central system block server (TsSB-server) installed in operator point of factory, connected with the control panel.

The main carried-out functions:

1. Automatic control of density of the initial pulp given on flotation.

2. Automatic control of a volume expense of the iskhodnoypulpa given on flotation.

3. Automatic calculation of weight quantity of a firm product in the initial pulp given on flotation.

4. Automatic control of density of waste of flotation.

5. Automatic control of a volume expense of waste of flotation.

6. Automatic calculation of weight quantity of waste of flotation.

7. Automatic calculation of weight quantity of a flotokontsentrat, at the process exit (on weight balance).

8. Automatic control of an ash-content of waste of flotation.

9. Automatic and manual control by reagent collector dispensing.

10. Automatic and manual control by reagent foaming agent dispensing.

11. Distribution of the reagents mixed after batchers in the set ratio between AKP and cameras of machines.

12. Task of specific expenses of reagent collector and reagent foaming agent.

13. The integrated accounting of amount of the spent reagents.

14. The integrated accounting of quantity of a firm product, on an entrance and exits of process of flotation for change, days, since the beginning of month.

15. The integrated accounting of quantity of volume loading on an entrance and exits of process of flotation for change, days, since the beginning of month.

16. Digital indication of values of controlled parameters of process of flotation to a napulta of management.

17. A possibility of transfer on the central system block server installed in operator point of factory, information on controlled parameters of process.

18. Preservation of values of parameters of process in the central system block server for the last 45 days and their conclusion to the screen in the form of schedules and the table.

19. Display in the real mode of time on a symbolic circuit of the monitor of the central system block server of the current values of controlled technological parameters.

20. A possibility of listing on the printer of the tables and schedules displaying a condition of process (in the presence of the printer).

21. A possibility of control of parameters of process by experts and heads of factory by means of personal computers by installation of the appropriate program and connection to the TsSB-server (directly or through a local network).
