Sweet Chinese sausage (Lap Chong) from the producer – one of examples of the Chinese sausages of the highest quality are sausages under the name "paws chong" (  Lap Cheong/Lap chong/là cháng / 臘腸). They have pleasant delicate aroma and are peculiar on taste. As ingredients the Chinese sausages can include not only sugar, but also pink water, soy sauce and the Chinese rice vodka.
