Substitute of natural Dolce Fanny White cream

Description of a product: substitute of natural cream, pure white color, on the basis of vegetable fats. It is used in the confectionery industry for production of finishing semi-finished products. It is steady against freezing and defrosting.

Scope: confectionery production.

Ingredients: water, the hydrogenated vegetable fats, sugar, stabilizers (E420ii, sorbite, E463 - a gidroksipropiltsellyuloza), milk protein (0,6%), emulsifiers (E472e - air of glycerin, diacetyl tartaric and fatty acids, E322 - soy lecithin, E472b – air of glycerin, dairy and fatty acids), salt, fragrances identical natural (cream, vanillin).

Information for the consumer: before beating to cool Dolce Fanny White within 12 hours up to the temperature + 5 - + 10 °C. To shake up at a moderate speed up to formation of a desirable consistence. At observance of recommendations of the producer the volume of cream during beating increases by 3,5-4 times. It is combined with any additional ingredients (granulated sugar, invert syrup, sakharo-agar syrup, gelatin, flavoring additives, etc.). In open form to store in the refrigerator, to use within 3-4 days. 

Packing: Tetra Pak, volume is 1 l, in a box of 12 packings

Storage: to store in the dry and cool place at a temperature from + 20C to + 200C.

Period of storage: 12 (twelve) months.
