The spiral store of a strip is intended for creation of a stock of the strip for the purpose of ensuring continuous operation of the truboelektrosvarochny unit.

The spiral store of a strip consists of the following main knots:

- conductings roller;

- the rollers pulling;

- racks of rollers of guides;

- racks of the rollers supporting;

- racks of the rollers rejecting.

Giving of the strip is carried out from the line of preparation of a strip for racks of rollers of guides and supporting by means of which the strip turns in vertical position and gets to knot of the pulling rollers which provides the necessary speed and the pulling effort for a problem of the strip in conducting roller.

In conducting roller by means of the located on an external part the motor reducers and driving rollers there is a rotation of rounds of the strip. Rotation speeds the motor reducers and the pulling rollers are coordinated with the help of a control system of the store (NKU). When filling an external part of conducting roller the strip is carried out on an internal part from where through conducting of the removing single rollers moves to a rack of the rollers rejecting and further in a unit liniiya.

The principle of operation of the store is based on a difference of speeds of a setup of the strip by the pulling rollers and its extraction in forming knot of a truboelektrosvarochny camp. I.e. for the same time in conducting roller the number of the strip bigger several times is made up, than for the same time from it it is taken. During extraction of the remained number of the strip from conducting roller carry out works to lines of preparation of the strip after which termination the setup of the strip is carried out again and operations repeat that allows to carry out unceasing work of the truboelektrosvarochny unit.
