Strain transducer of series D pressure

Pressure and forces are intended to Strain transducer for continuous proportional transformation of pressure to an electric output signal.

Scope:

It is used as a sensitive element of sensors of pressure and control systems of technological processes.

The design of the Strain transducer made about application of a titanic alloy and a sensitive element on the basis of structure "silicon on sapphire" (SS) allows to receive the reliable devices possessing high technical and operational characteristics:

• high temperature stability of characteristics;
• small size of a hysteresis;
• wide range of working temperatures;
• high level of an output signal;
• high reloading ability;
• high degree of protection against hostile environment.

Strain transducer of a series "D" with the 3 index is thermocompensated in the working range of temperatures - 50. . . + 80 °C. Thermal compensation allows to reduce dependence of an initial signal and sensitivity of a Strain transducer much.

Nominal rates of the transformed parameter of a series "D": 0,1; 0,6; 2,5; 6,0; 16,0; 25,0; 60,0; 100,0 (MPas)

Range of working temperatures - 50. . . + 80 °C.
Range of extreme temperatures - 60. . . + 125 °C.
The average time of a time between failures is 45 000 h.
Warranty period of 18 months.
