The pentanoic fraction is used as raw materials for process of an isomerization. n - Pentan at the same time turns into mix of isomers. The fraction enriched with isopentanes is used as a component of gasolines or serves for allocation of an isopentane — raw materials for receiving an isoprene which is monomer for synthesis of synthetic rubbers. Also pentanes as a part of straight - run gasoline fractions of oil are used by production of oil solvents.
