The station of preparation of a brine is intended for mixing of ingredients in water for receiving the most uniform solution which evenly spreads in the processed meat raw materials and does not litter an injektor needle.
If necessary the station can be included in structure of the line for giving of the prepared brine directly to the working area of an injektor.
