Description
Stabilitrons 2S220Zh silicon, planar, low power.
Are intended for stabilization of the rated voltage of 20 V in the range of currents of stabilization 0,5... 8,3 ma in the measuring equipment, in amplifiers for coordination of levels, in systems of automatic equipment for power supply of low-power sensors, and also for stabilization of pulse tension and restriction of pulse signals.
Are issued in metal-glass cases with flexible conclusions.
Stabilitrons are marked by a conditional color code which part are a blue tag at an end face from a cathodic conclusion and color ring strips: 2S220Zh - black at the anode and green at the cathode.
The mass of a stabilitron is no more than 0,3 g.
