Production of springs of compression according to drawings and the customer's samples with use of various materials, ways of production and heat treatment from staly round section with a diameter up to 50 mm.

The main applied materials: wire spring Ι-ΙΙΙ classes in accordance with GOST 9389-75 with a diameter of 0,4-8,0 mm; a wire steel spring thermally processed in accordance with GOST 1071-81 with a diameter of 1,2-5,5 mm; a wire steel alloyed spring in accordance with GOST 14963-78 with a diameter of 3,0-10,0 mm; the hot-rolled round and calibrated hire in accordance with GOST 2590-88 from the spring and spring carbonaceous and alloyed steel in accordance with GOST 14959-79 with a diameter up to 50,0 mm: steel 65G, 55S2, 60S2A, 60S2HFA, 70S3A, 50HFA, 51HFA, 65S2VA, etc.; the wire is spring corrosion-proof, heat resisting, corrosion-resistant: 12X18H10T on TU 3-1002-77, HN77TYuR on TU 3-825-80; a wire cold-drawn of the high-alloyed corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant steel in accordance with GOST 18143-72; a carbonaceous patentirovanny wire on DIN of 17223 classes "B" and "C", on EN 10270-01; thermally processed on EN 10270-02; corrosion-proof nagartovanny on DIN 17224, EN 10270-03.
Production of springs from a strip and materials of square section is possible.
