EnI - BIS - 3220 - Ex - AI - is a single - or two - channel active spark protection barrier with galvanic isolation. .

EnI - BIS - 3230 - Ex - АI  - is a single - or two - channel active spark protection barrier with galvanic isolation in a compact package.

The barriers ensure the transmission of the current signal and the HART - protocol signal from the explosive zone to the explosion - proof one.

The barriers provide bidirectional transmission of a digital signal over the HART protocol.

Barriers are designed to be placed outside an explosive zone.

 

Advantages of galvanic isolation barriers:

- without grounding;

- high noise immunity;

- conversion of signals;

- use of a power supply with an output voltage greater than Uo;

- maintaining the operability of fuses in case of short - circuit of intrinsically safe circuits;

- allow you to use a single power source for multiple circuits.

Galvanic isolation barriers are designed to connect sensors with 4.20/0.20 ma output current signals and a digital signal based on the HART protocol located in an explosive zone.
