SOY OIL
In world production of vegetable oils soy oil takes the leading place. It is applied in the refined look in food, but generally — as raw materials to production of margarine. Soy oil is widely used in the food industry. With its use commercially make the mass of various foodstuff, including salads, margarine, bread, mayonnaise, not milk cream for coffee and snack. High temperature of the beginning of smoking of soy oil allows to use it for frying. The valuable component taken from soy seeds together with fat oil is lecithin which is separated for use in a candy store and pharmaceutical industry.
Soy oil conforms to requirements of GOST 4534: 2006 "Soy oil" and possesses the following indicators:

Soy oil contains record amount of E1 vitamin (tocopherol). 114 mg of vitamin are the share of 100 g of oil. For an example: in the same amount of sunflower oil of tocopherol of only 67 mg, in olive 13. Soy oil is richest with fosfatida (to 2, 5% ) therefore is the main raw materials for industrial receiving the lecithin which is widely used in pharmaceutical and food branches.
