The equipment which is let out in the form of the unit allows to complete the technological lines and installations of high assembly readiness providing processing of various materials according to individual requirements of the customer to a ready-made product. The unit represents a frame with the processing equipment installed on it (feeders, crushers, grokhota), the drive, reception funnels, unloading techka, platforms of service, shelters, ladders. CJSC Avtokompozit makes units of two types:

mobile on own chassis (use of PDSU)
transported, i.e. intended for transportation on platforms (use of TDSU).

The equipment is delivered in the form of units on specially calculated uniform spatial frame that considerably simplifies and reduces the price of preparation of the platform under installation (the construction of the heavy bases is not required), they structurally also are technologically coordinated to other units and elements entering technological lines have electric equipment (electrohardware cases, control panels, cable production), platforms of service, conveyors are a part of many units. High readiness for installation reduces terms of input of the equipment in operation.
