Sorting line of fruits and calibration GFR-1.6F

Calibration line and sorting fruit (apples) GFR-1.6F designed for automatic sorting / calibration of apples and other fruits and vegetables solid circular shape. Installation capable calibrate fruit maximum of 6 fractions (diameter): the desired size range can easily be set from 10 to 240 mm. adjustable pitch (max.) 100 mm. Performance of the calibration of the machine ranges from 1.5-3 tons per hour.

Calibration and sorting fruit (apples) described by the following successive stages:

1. Fruit container is inserted into the tumbler, which rises to a certain predetermined value. In the absence of the tippler, fruit loading occurs manually. From a container (box) fruits arrive on conveyor infeed conveyor and moved to the calibration module.

2. Fruit moved by scrolling, a calibration module, which, with sufficient accuracy and without damage to the fruit, is determined by their diameter. The calibration module contains the rotating disk, the rotation speed and angle of which are adjustable.

3. Calibrated fruits, due to the centrifugal force, depending on the size of the fall in the trays, previously passed mechanical separators, each of which is adjusted for height.

Tables are set to optimum ergonomic working height. All parts that come in contact with fruits, finished with rubber to prevent damage.

The structure of the machine calibration and sorting of fruits include:

1. The feed conveyor (length / width optional);

2. Machine Calibration (rotated right, 220W motor);

3. trays of sorted fruit.

Tipping containers must be ordered separately.
