Description
CJSC EKOMET offers technology process of cold blackening (black oxygenating) of steel and EKOMET - 502 cast iron. Technology process is intended for finishing processing of steel or pig - iron details. Features of technology process and the received coverings:
  • use of cold solutions (work at shop temperature);
  • resistance of coverings to atmospheric corrosion;
  • black color of covering;
  • obligatory oiling of coverings (okunaniye or rubbing).
In technology process the following compositions are applied:
  • composition of "EKOMET - 502" (components "A" and "B") on TU 2499 - 018 - 32441906 - 99;
  • composition of "EKOMET - 503" on TU 2499 - 030 - 32441906 - 99.
Composition of solutions: the 1st solution (blackening) - composition of "EKOMET - 502", component "A" - 50 ml/l, composition of "EKOMET - 502" component "B" - 50 ml/l; the 2nd solution (fixing) - composition of "EKOMET - 503" - 100 g/l. Mode of drawing coverings: the 1st solution - temperature is 18 - 25 °C, dwell time - 5 - 15 minutes. the 2nd solution - temperature is 18 - 25 °C, dwell time of 1 - 6 minutes; drying and oiling in any technical oil.
