Types of surfaces under coloring

For steel and pig-iron metal surfaces from the remains of densely keeping rust and scale which are exposed to atmospheric actions: industrial designs and equipment, agricultural machinery, railway transport, pipelines, tanks, household building constructions, garages, gate, shod products, fencings, lattices, garden metal furniture, heating radiators, etc. The surfaces which are earlier painted by alkyd, acrylic, uretanovy, kremniyorganichesky enamels or varnishes. It can be used for coloring new and the wooden, and also concrete and plastered surfaces which are earlier painted.

STRUCTURE:

With

Suspension of pigments and fillers in an alkidno-uretanovy varnish with addition of solvents, a sikkativa, inhibitors of corrosion and modifiers of a rust. Solvent – white spirit.

Color

Ready colors (6 pieces) according to the catalog.

Expense

80-150 g/m ² on one layer. The expense depends on type of a surface, its preparation, and also on color of enamel.

Drying time

At a temperature of +20 °C and relative humidity of air of 65%: 5 hours on came unstuck, 15 hours – full drying of a single-layer covering. Time of drying depends on temperature, relative humidity of air, enamel film thickness. At decrease in temperature and increase in humidity of air time of drying increases.
