''Snails in Burgundy''.

Our product ''Snails in Burgundy'' is strictly made according to the original French recipe, dated from16^th century. According to the recipe, the process starts with one brewages of the snails and then- separating the meat from their shells. After cleaning the meat from all the filth, there comes another boiling ( 120 min) , the meat only, with more than 12 herbs and 6 spices. The shells themselves are carried with another process for cleaning from the smell and other activities.

After these several processes the meat goes back into the shells and the product is sealed with special paste with garlic and many herbs. The next step is freezing the product and preparing it for selling.

Anyone could prepare this luxurious product at home after roasting the product for 10-15 min in an oven heated up to 220 degrees and serve it with a glass of white wine, preferably Riesng or Aligote.

The package contains 12 snails - 2 standard portions. The weight varies between 170-190 grams and the quantity of the meat contained is about 40%.
