SLF-3500M plastic grinder

The grinder of waste of SLF-3500M plastic is intended for crushing (crushing) and a preliminary otmyvka of film and thin-walled materials (boxes, a film, sheets, a PET-bottle).

The size of the received fractions is defined by diameter of openings in the lattice located under a crusher rotor. At the request of the customer production of a fractional lattice with openings of smaller or bigger diameter is possible.

The raw materials in the form of waste of polymeric materials are loaded into the bunker of loading. In the case of a rotor there is their crushing between the rotating knives of a rotor and stationary knives, and also a raw materials otmyvka. Further the crushed raw materials pass through openings of a lattice and get to the unloading bunker.

SLF-3500M differs with an increased diameter of rotor of 500 mm

The possibility of crushing with the specified productivity is provided thanking: to the size of the loading bunker (800kh980mm), to a rotor of the increased diameter with a configuration of knives "larkspur" providing capture of large volume of material, to the knives made of special steel with an optimum angle of sharpening.

The frame represents a rigid welded design. For strengthening of a design of a frame special rolling strips and stiffening ribs are provided.

The cover of the case rises up on hinges by means of the lifting mechanism that provides a possibility of fast access to knives and a lattice, for their replacement and cleaning.

Knives have the guaranteed hardness 53-55 HRC and are made of high-quality steel 9HS.

The fractional grid with a high throughput ratio allows to use as much as possible possibilities of a crusher and to increase productivity.

The labyrinth is intended for prevention of penetration of water and small particles to bearing knot.

The block ferrodo when jamming a rotor or excessive excess of load of a rotor occurs slipping of the block ferrodo between a clamping disk of a pulley and shaft of a rotor therefore the shaft ceases to rotate, and the electric motor in common continues to work with a pulley without loading.
