For transportation of motor and hydraulic liquids, liquid fuel, a water emulsion, glycol, jellied greasings the sleeve of a high pressure is used. It represents two or several rubber tubes placed one in another and in a special way reinforced by means of a navivka or a metal braid for protection against mechanical damages to which sleeves are subject. The design is developed so that not to be broken off from improbable loadings. In it there is a strengthening, an external covering and a fitting.
Today SHP (sleeve of a high pressure) are used for transfer of effort in various hydromechanical and pneumatic devices, for example, brake systems, elevators, cars for a sink and painting. Are actively used in machine-tool, chemical and building industry. Any hoses of a high pressure can be equipped with a connecting fitting which guarantees joining of a hose with other elements of system of hydraulics. They partially absorb vibrations due to elasticity of material which is also a guarantor of durability of a hose. Temperature condition of a design from -55 °C to +100 °C that provides its functionality and a demand.
The transport channel of a high pressure differs in elasticity, reliability and multiple layers. GOST 6286-73 type Z
Are applied as flexible pipelines to giving under a high pressure of liquids.
Working environment: hydraulic oils, soluble oils, emulsion oils, water solution of glycol with a temperature of working environment from -40 °C to +100 °C, waters with a temperature up to +100 °C.
Temperature interval: Sleeves are efficient at a temperature from -50 °C to +70 °C.
Not less than 20 kg are made of a wire with a latunirovanny surface and explosive pressure by effort
