Skroller is intended for the round - the - clock demonstration of information replaced with the set frequency thanks to existence of the mechanism of scrolling and internal illumination. Posters move automatically between two leading shaft. Skroller has the "glazed" shutter which opens by means of pneumatic springs up and is fixed in a closed position by special locks. The shutter protects posters from atmospheric actions.
Skroller consists of the main knots:
The case with a shutter.
The bearing frame consists of the welded metal design sheathed by the system aluminum shape which serves for fastening of shutters, the mechanism of scrolling, lighting engineering.
Shutters of a frame are executed from the aluminum shape, fasten to a frame by means of loops and open up. The glazing of a shutter is made of red - hot glass of 4 - 8 mm.
Scrolling mechanism.
The mechanism of scrolling consists of two programmable power scooters, the main unit of management and the power supply unit. External sensors and, respectively, tags on a poster for sensors are absent that considerably simplifies installation and operation of advertizing blocks.
System of lighting.
The system of lighting consists of luminescent lamps, electromagnetic ballasts.
Trailer sensors.
In the display 2 trailer sensors placed in the power scooters intended for definition of the end of scrolling of a poster are used.Control unit.
The control unit exercises control of power scooters in the automatic and manual mode.
Programmator.
Programmator - interfeys the user for introduction of settings and observation of work of system. It is connected to the socket on a skroller only at installation of a poster and change of the modes of control.Power supply unit.
The power supply unit provides food with output voltage of 24V (direct current).
