DNEPROHYDROMAСH offers conveyor-type sintering machines for sintering iron ore and concentrates while partially removing harmful additives.

Our sintering machines reduce production costs, increase productivity and save energy through the following specific design features:

• Machines are supplied with sintering pallets patented by DNEPROHYDROMAСH with the highest durability and longevity amongst similar products.
• Due to the load tightening of pallets, sintering machines are always sealed and airtight.
• Due to the design of sintering pallets, mix can be sintered in the upper layer which helps reduce amount of used solid fuel and improve the quality of sinter.
• Sintering machine drive is electric drive with a single special planetary reduction gear.
• The gripping kinematics of driving and idle sprockets with sintering pallets help divide pallets on round divertors, eliminates shoulder wears and uneven movement.
• The loading component is movable with pressure applied in the middle. It balances out any thermal expansion of sintering pallets and having any gaps between them.
• Covers for the back and middle sections of sintering machines significantly reduce any cool air inflow, dust and harmful heat emissions.
