The dryer of the mine NDT type is a mine dryer of grain of flowing type of action.
It is intended for highly effective drying of such cultures: grain, bean and olive. Productivity of dryers makes up to 200 t/h.
Long - term experience in development a zernosushilok allowed our engineers to design a zernosushilka which combines the maximum reliability and wear resistance, simplicity in service and management, high efficiency.
Zernosushilki NDT it:
- Design from corrosion - proof materials, for example, a drying column from galvanized steel 3 - 2 mm thick. (Dryers of other producers - as the rule - 0, 75 mm).
- Special thermal tight isolation from high - quality "sendvichny" elements (thickness of 6 cm) - it minimizes losses of heat and prevents obstruction of a drying column through release of condensate - grain ignition is almost excluded. There is an experience in Siberia at minus 10 degrees.
- Our dryers are capable to use secondary heat. Air from the cooling unit after grain drying by heating is again added to warm air.
- Low energy consumption. For example, on dryers 12 t. chas - 18, 5 kw.
- Only radial fans are used.
- All above plus "intelligent" management of a torch (from the central panel it is possible to set the program of drying of a product, for example colza - drying from 13 to 7 percent for 1 pass) allows to cut fuel consumption on wheat with 19 on 14% do 5 l/hour and on colza with 13 for 9% to 3 l/hour for product ton. For one pass moisture from 28 to 14% is removed.
- Electronics is reliable and allows to solve all possible problems in use. The built - in system of remote control transfers information on operation of the dryer to the cell phone of the director, allows to program work, to debug directly from office Germany. And even if any failure does not manage to be eliminated quickly, transition to manual control is provided.
- Ladders, podesta, service platforms in and outside of the dryer provide access to all elements of installation, allow to serve easily them in use.
- Installation quickly is also simple due to the modular principle of the equipment, the crane with a platform or the construction woods is required.

The dryer in standard execution includes:
